Mount Griffin is a 1760 m high mountain in Victoria Land, East Antarctica . It rises 21 km east-southeast of Mount Bolt and marks the southern end of the Anare Mountains .
The United States Geological Survey (USGS) mapped it based on its own surveys and aerial photographs of the United States Navy from 1960 to 1963. The Advisory Committee on Antarctic Names named it in 1964 after Chief Warrant Officer Joe R. Griffin of the United States Air Force who served as a helicopter pilot in support of the USGS in the area between 1962 and 1963.
