Mount Hazlett is a 2080 m high mountain in the north of the East Antarctic Victoria Land . In the Victory Mountains, it rises on the south side of the confluence of the Montecchi Glacier and the Tucker Glacier .
The United States Geological Survey mapped it using the United States Navy's own measurements and aerial photographs from 1960 to 1964. The Advisory Committee on Antarctic Names named the mountain in 1970 after Paul C. Hazlett, a member of the VX-6 flight squadron on the McMurdo- Station in 1968.
