Mount Jewell is a mountain in the East Antarctic Enderbyland . It rises 5 km south of Mount Cordwell and 40 km south-southwest of Stor Hånakken .
1957 aerial photographs of the Australian National Antarctic Research Expeditions were used for mapping purposes. The Antarctic Names Committee of Australia named it after Fred Jewell, a geophysicist at Wilkes Station in 1961.
