Mount Kurlak is an icy mountain in Antarctica's Ross Dependency . In the Queen Alexandra chain of the Transantarctic Mountains, it rises 5 km southeast of Mount Bell .
The Advisory Committee on Antarctic Names named him in 1966 after Lieutenant Commander William B. Kurlak (1916-2006) of the United States Navy , aircraft commander during Operation Deep Freeze in 1964.
