Mount Limburg Stirum

Mount Limburg Stirum ( French Mont de Limburg Stirum ) is a 2350  m high mountain in the East Antarctic Queen Maud Land . It rises on the eastern flank of the Norsk-Polarinstitutt glacier and 1.5 km of Mount Boë in the Belgica Mountains .

Participant in the Belgian Antarctic Expedition in 1957/58 under Gaston de Gerlache de Gomery (1919–2006) discovered him. It is named after Charles de Limburg Stirum (1906–1989), Belgian Senator, Grand Master of the Belgian King Leopold III. and sponsor of the research trip.
