The Norsk-Polarinstitutt-Glacier ( French Glacier Norsk Polarinstitutt ) is a glacier in the East Antarctic Queen Maud Land . It flows in the Belgica Mountains in a south-westerly direction between Mount Perov and Mount Limburg Stirum .
Participants in the Belgian Antarctic Expedition in 1957/58 under Gaston de Gerlache de Gomery (1919-2006) discovered him. It is named after the Norsk Polar Institute , which was then based in Oslo , Norway , and has been in Tromsø since 1998 .
