Mount McAllister is 1975  m high mountain in Graham Land on the Antarctic Peninsula . It rises 6 km northwest of Mount Blunt on the western flank of the Weyerhaeuser Glacier .

The first aerial photographs were taken in 1940 during the United States Antarctic Service Expedition (1939–1941), in 1947 during the US Ronne Antarctic Research Expedition (1947–1948) and in 1966 by the United States Navy . The Falkland Islands Dependencies Survey carried out surveys between 1958 and 1961. The Advisory Committee on Antarctic Names named the mountain in 1977 after Lieutenant R. M. McAllister of the United States Coast Guard , operations officer aboard the USCGC icebreaker Burton Island in Operation Deep Freeze in 1975 and 1976.
