Mount Myers

Mount Myers is a 643  m high mountain on the Borchgrevink coast of East Antarctic Victoria Land . In the Admiralty Mountains , it looms near the center of Honeycomb Ridge . Its un-iced eastern flank is characterized by a triangular cliff above the shore of Moubray Bay .

The Advisory Committee on Antarctic Names named him in 2006 after Charles E. Myers of the Department of Polar Programs at the National Science Foundation from 1974 to 2005, who was responsible for the language version of the Antarctic Conservation Act , which in turn was the 95th Congress of the United States was passed on October 28, 1978.
