Mount Perchot ( French Mont Perchot ) is a 2040 m (according to the UK Antarctic Place-Names Committee 2050 m ) high mountain on the Graham coast of Graham Land on the Antarctic Peninsula . In Lisiya Ridge on the Magnier Peninsula, it rises 6 km southeast of the Magnier Peaks .
Participants of the Fifth French Antarctic Expedition (1908-1910) under the direction of polar explorer Jean-Baptiste Charcot discovered him. Charcot named the mountain after his compatriot Justin-Louis Perchot (1867–1946), who had given 70 pairs of boots to the research trip .
