Mount Pool is a 2090 m high mountain in Marie Byrd Land in West Antarctica . On the eastern flank of the Reedy Glacier, it rises on the northwest side of Metavolcanic Mountain .
The United States Geological Survey mapped it using its own surveys and aerial photographs of the United States Navy from 1960 to 1964. The Advisory Committee on Antarctic Names named it in 1964 after Douglas A. Pool, a construction electrician at Byrd Station in 1962.
