Mount Regina is a 2080 m high mountain in the East Antarctic Victoria Land . In the southern part of the Everett Range it rises 16 km west-northwest of Mount LeResche .
The Advisory Committee on Antarctic Names named the mountain in 1970 after Thomas Joseph Regina (* 1942), aerial photographer for the United States Navy aboard an LC-130 Hercules in a campaign in Antarctica that lasted from 1968 to 1969 , previously at McMurdo Station in 1963 belonged to the winter team.
