Mount LeResche is a 2040 m high and striking mountain in the north of the East Antarctic Victoria Land . It rises at the northern end of the Homerun Range .
The United States Geological Survey mapped it on the basis of its own surveys and using aerial photographs of the United States Navy between 1960 and 1963. The Advisory Committee on Antarctic Names named it in 1969 after Robert E. LeResche, biologist of the United States Antarctic Program at McMurdo Station between 1966 and 1967 and from 1967 to 1968.
