Mount Schutz is a 1260 m high mountain in the north of the East Antarctic Victoria Land . It rises on the eastern flank of the head end of the Noll Glacier in the Wilson Hills .
The United States Geological Survey mapped it based on surveys and aerial photographs of the United States Navy between 1960 and 1963. The Advisory Committee on Antarctic Names named it in 1970 after Lieutenant Commander Albert C. Schutz Jr. (1932-2003), commander of an LC-117D and co-pilot of an LC-130F during Operation Deep Freeze in 1967 and 1968.
