Mount Trott is a burr, jagged, and sawtooth-shaped mountain in the Prince Charles Mountains in East Antarctica, Mac Robertson Land . It rises 1.5 km north of Mount Bunt .
Aerial photographs of the Australian National Antarctic Research Expeditions from 1956 and 1960 were used for mapping. The Antarctic Names Committee of Australia named him after Norman Edward Trott (* 1934), weather observer at Wilkes Station in 1962 and head of Davis Station in 1964 .
