House Mummental 4 is a listed building in the city of Quedlinburg in Saxony-Anhalt .

It is located in the eastern part of the historic Quedlinburg old town. Mummental 3 , which is also a listed building, is adjacent to the south and Pölle 38 to the north .

Architecture and history

The massive three-storey house , built in the style of historicism , was built in 1909/10. Together with the two adjacent houses, it forms an ensemble.

From August 1, 2015, a senior citizens' shared apartment for 4 people was set up on the ground floor of the building. On March 1, 2016, a holiday apartment for up to 10 people was set up on the ground floor.

In the local register of monuments , the house is registered under number 094 45670 as a monument .
