Mundeldingen is a district of the municipality of Oberstadion in the Alb-Donau district in Baden-Württemberg . The village is about one kilometer northeast of Oberstadion. It is separated from the upper stadium by a floodplain.
history
Mundeldingen is first mentioned in a document around 1267. A local nobility from Mundeldingen is mentioned around 1267 to 1400. The rule was later an Austrian fiefdom of the lords of Stadion , which was transferred to them in 1469.
In 1805 the knightly place came to Württemberg , where it was subordinate to the Oberamt Ehingen . In 1811 the Schultheißerei Mundeldingen was formed including Mühlhausen .
In the course of the municipal reform in Baden-Württemberg on January 1, 1972, Mundeldingen was incorporated with the district Mühlhausen to Oberstadion.
