Mundypark is an approx. 2900 m² Beserlpark in the Favoriten district . The park is located between Mundygasse, Steudelgasse, Erlachgasse and Gellertgasse. In addition to meadows and an old tree population, the park has seating, a children's and youth playground , as well as a soccer field , basketball court , table tennis tables , a drinking fountain , a public toilet in the form of a mobile toilet and seasonal park supervision by Kinderfreunde Wien .

The Mundypark was named after Jaromir Freiherr von Mundy (1822-1894), the founder of the Vienna Voluntary Rescue Society, on March 23, 1932, in the City Council Committee for Culture of the City of Vienna , just like the adjacent Mundygasse .
Likelihood of confusion
In the case of Mundypark, there is a theoretical possibility of confusing it with the Mundypark in Coquitlam , British Columbia , whose name, however, has a different origin.
