The municipality CH is an administrative unit within the Uruguayan capital Montevideo .
Location and composition
The municipality CH extends over the central, southeastern part of the Montevideo department . It consists of the Barrios Tres Cruces , La Blanqueada , Parque Batlle , Villa Dolores , Buceo , Pocitos and Punta Carretas .
