Murod Hodjibayev ( Russian Мурод Ходжибаев ; born March 3, 1986 ) is an Uzbek biathlete who is particularly successful in cross-country skiing in summer biathlon .

Murod Hodjibayev took part in four Junior World Championships in summer biathlon from 2004 to 2007. While the first world title fights in Osrblie did not bring any notable results, in 2005 he achieved top ten results in all four races in Muonio . With the relay around Ruslan Nasirov and Anuzar Yunusov , Hodjibayev won the silver medal behind the Russian team. The Uzbek finished fifth in the mass start, and seventh in the sprint and pursuit. The following year in Ufa , he was able to achieve the best place in the pursuit, 16th place. In his last title fights in Otepää , 15th place in the mass start was the best result.

In 2008 , Hodjibayev first appeared in the senior world championships. In Haute-Maurienne he was 16th in the sprint and 12th in the pursuit in the cross-country competitions. On roller skis he came in 43rd in the sprint and 35th in the individual. The 2008 Asian Open Summer Biathlon Championships were also successful. Hodjibayev won the silver medals behind Ruslan Nasirov in sprint and individual, in the pursuit Pavel Tschuprijanow pushed between her and Hodjibayev won bronze.

Once Hodjibayev started internationally in the winter biathlon. In 2006 he reached the 132nd place in the sprint in the Junior European Cup in Obertilliach and was penultimate.
