Museum building

The museum building is located in a former industrial area on Holzgartenstrasse south of the old town. It was built by Express Werke, which produced bicycles and motorcycles here from 1884 to 1959. After the company was dissolved, parts of the building were used by different companies and businesses, and at times it also served as a depot for the buses of the Neumarkt municipal utility. Today, in addition to the actual exhibition areas, the museum has various seminar and conference rooms with a total size of 630 m², and the building can also be used for celebrations and similar events.
