description

In a patrician house built around 1510 in the center of Goslar there were collections of hundreds of musical instruments and various dolls and toys from 1835 to 1935 on four floors .

The musical instruments area, which included around 750 musical instruments from all eras and from all parts of the world, ranged from the smallest playable trumpet in the world to the approximately 1.30 meter high bass saxophone . It was a comprehensive, extraordinary collection of musical instruments, as many special forms and curiosities of instrumentation were shown.

A porcelain figurine exhibition was under the motto "The magic of female grace".

In the toy department was also a teddy bear - Diorama "Teddy's harbor dive bar" and the smallest Museum of Musical Instruments to find the world.

In 2012, the heirs brought large parts of the exhibits to the toy museum in Quedlinburg .
