The Mussala Glacier ( Bulgarian ледник Мусала lednik Mussala ) is a 3.7 km long and 2 km wide glacier in the southeast of Greenwich Island in the archipelago of the South Shetland Islands . It flows northeast of Vratsa Peak , east of the central part of Breznik Heights and southwest of a low ridge on Hardy Cove to Bransfield Strait , which it reaches north of Fort Point .
The Bulgarian Commission for Antarctic Geographical Names named it in 2005 after Mount Mussala in the Bulgarian Rila Mountains .
