Nóra Valovics (born August 9, 1986 in Budapest , Hungary ) is a Hungarian handball player .
Life
Career
Valovics began her professional career in 2003 with the FTC Budapest and switched to league rivals Kiskunhalas NKSE in 2006 . A year later she tried her luck in the Icelandic League at Valur Reykjavík with whom she took part in the Challenge Cup in the 2007/08 season. After just one season in the Icelandic League, Valovics returned to Hungary to join Kiskunhalas NKSE.
At the start of the 2008/09 season she moved to Ferencváros Budapest and in 2010 Valovics joined the Siófok KC. In January 2011 she was seriously injured and interrupted her career, from this injury Valovics acted as a stand-by professional at Siófok KC. In October 2011, she rejoined Kiskunhala's NKSE. After running for Debreceni VSC in the 2013-14 season, Valovics joined MTK Budapest. In 2016 she switched to PC TRADE Szeged KKSE.
International
Valovics represented their home country Hungary at the University Handball World Championship 2006 in Gdansk , Poland .
