Racing Champions 200
The Racing Champions 200 took place on April 8, 1995 at Tucson Raceway Park . Ron Hornaday junior won the race. PJ Jones , who finished second, was three laps back and fought his way forward as the race progressed. The future champion Mike Skinner fell out. It should be his only failure of the season. For the first time in the history of NASCAR there was a “Green-White-Checkered-Finish” in the race , which means that the race was extended for the first time. This rule did not exist in any other series of NASCAR before the founding of the Craftsman Truck Series.
