NASCAR AutoZone Elite Division, Midwest Series

The NASCAR AutoZone Elite Division, Midwest Series is a former NASCAR amateur motorsport series that only raced on short ovals in the American Midwest .

The series was founded in 1998, light "late models" were used. At the end of 2006, the series was disbanded along with the NASCAR AutoZone Elite Division, Southwest Series , the NASCAR AutoZone Elite Division, Northwest Series and the NASCAR AutoZone Elite Division, Southeast Series as part of the remodeling of NASCAR's regional series.

At the moment, NASCAR’s largest series exclusively driving regionally are the NASCAR Camping World West Series and the NASCAR Camping World East Series .
