NHL 19 is an ice hockey simulation video game developed by EA Vancouver and published by EA Sports . It was released on September 14, 2018 for the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One . It is the 28th installment in the NHL video game franchise and the sequel to NHL 18 . The cover of the game features PK Subban , a player in the Nashville Predators . In addition, Wayne Gretzky to see on the cover of Ultimate and Legend Edition.

Gameplay and changes

Big news in NHL 19 is NHL ONES . In this mode you play 1-on-1-on-1 on an open-air ice surface. The game mode works with no rules and the game never stops. Every win will improve the open-air ice surface. The mode takes place on open-air tracks at a fictional winter festival in a ski resort in the Canadian Rockies .

In addition, NHL Pro-Am is added. This is a training mode.
