Na Ah-reum (born March 24, 1990 in Naju ) is a South Korean cyclist . She is one of the dominant female cyclists in her country in the 2010s and is active on the road and track .

Athletic career

At the Asian Cycling Championships 2008 Na Ah-reum won two gold medals as a junior, in the road race and in the individual time trial . By 2016 she had won a total of four gold medals in individual time trials and in road races at Asian cycling championships. In 2014, she also won the individual time trial at the Asian Games ( as of Jan. 2016 ).

In 2012, Na Ah-reum started at the Olympic Games in London in the road race and finished 13th. Four years later started at the Olympic Games in Rio de Janeiro also in the road race and was 30. In the same year she was Asian champion in the road race. In 2018 he won gold in the Asian Games in the race and individual time trial on the road and in the team pursuit on the track. The following year, she won the Asian team pursuit championship with Kim You-ri , Jang Su-ji and Lee Ju-mi .
