The Asian Track Cycling Championships ( 40th Asian Cycling Championships ) took place from October 17-21 , 2019 at the Jincheon Training Center Velodrome in Gwanghyewon-myeon, Jincheon , South Korea . The organizer was the Asian Cycling Confederation (ACC). At the same time the 27th Asian Junior Championships and the 9th Asian Paracycling Championships were held.
Because of the Olympic Games taking place the following year , the track cycling championships for 2020 have been brought forward to October 2019.
179 athletes from 16 countries took part.
