Korbinian - Paul Maar Prize
The Korbinian - Paul Maar Prize is a German literary prize that has been awarded annually since 2009 by the German Academy for Children's and Young People's Literature as the "Young Talent Award for German-speaking authors of children's and young people's literature". Originally named the “Young Talent Award” and from 2014 to 2016 the “Young Talent Award for German-Speaking Authors”, it was renamed in 2017 on the occasion of the 80th birthday of the author and co-initiator of the Paul Maar Award . The prize is endowed with 2500 euros (as of 2019).
