Jens Rassmus

Jens Rassmus (* 1967 in Kiel ) is a German children's book author , draftsman and illustrator .

Life

Jens Rassmus was born in Kiel in 1967. He first studied geography and German, from 1992 illustration at the University of Applied Sciences in Hamburg with Rüdiger Stoye and at the Duncan of Jordanstone College of Art in Dundee, Scotland. Since 2009 he has been living in his hometown Kiel again. His children's books were u. a. translates into English, French, Japanese, Korean, Chinese and Portuguese.
