The Nadaleen River is a 95 km long right tributary of the Stewart River in Canada's Yukon Territory .
The headwaters of the Nadaleen River are in the Selwyn Mountains at an altitude of 1,300 m . The river initially flows in a westerly direction, later in a west-southwest direction through the mountains. The Nadaleen Range rises north of the river. The confluence of the Nadaleen River in the Stewart River is 15 km above that of the Beaver River . The Nadaleen River drains an area of 1372 km². Young arctic grayling ( Thymallus arcticus ) fish have been detected in the river.
