Nalkutan FC is a Vanuatu football club from the island of Tanna . In addition to participating in the regional Tafea Football League ( Tafea province ), the club plays in the highest national league .
history
In 2011 Nalkutan won the Vanuatu Cup for the first time with the VFF Cup after beating Sia-Raga FC 1-0. It was the first national title since 1980 for a team that did not come from the capital Port Vila .
In 2016, the club became Vanuatu champion for the first time by taking first place in the VFF National Super League and thus qualified for the OFC Champions League 2018 . Here the club was able to advance to the quarter-finals, where they lost to Marist FC 2-1.
