The Namibia National Students Organization (NANSO) is the student representation in Namibia . It was founded in July 1984 as a non-“racial”, democratic and independent student body. It is the only recognized representation of students in Namibia. NANSO is headed by Ester Simon as President (March 2019).
The main aim is to promote education for the benefit of youth and develop a national identity through student initiatives.
