Nambaka ( Japanese ナ ン バ カ ) is a manga series by the Japanese illustrator Shō Futamata , which has been published in Japan since 2013. It was implemented as an anime television series in 2016 , with a sequel as a web anime since January 4, 2017.

content

The episodic plot of the series revolves around four prisoners from Nanba Prison - a high-security facility from which no one has yet escaped. The four, however, are notorious for having broken out of prisons all over the world: Jūgo ( ジ ュ ー ゴ ), who can pick all locks; the womanizer and gambler Uno ( ウ ノ ); the spirited fighter Rock ( ロ ッ ク ) and the little Nico ( ニ コ ), on whom drugs always have the opposite effect. Her opponent is mainly Hajime Sugoroku ( 双 六 一 ), chief overseer of Block 13, who tries to thwart and cover up the escape attempts of the four in order to cut a good figure with the prison administration - especially with the particularly strict director Momoko Hyakushiki ( 百 式 百 子 ) who is secretly in love with him.
