Nance Ridge is a rocky ridge in Queen Elizabeth Land, West Antarctica . In the Patuxent Range of the Pensacola Mountains it rises 3 km northeast of Mount Yarbrough in the Thomas Hills .
The United States Geological Survey mapped it on the basis of its own measurements and aerial photographs of the United States Navy from 1956 to 1966. The Advisory Committee on Antarctic Names named it in 1968 after Vernon Lee Nance, radio operator at the Palmer station in the Antarctic winter of 1966.
