Mount Yarbrough is a ridge-like and 865  m high mountain in the West Antarctic Queen Elizabeth Land . In the northern Patuxent Range of the Pensacola Mountains, it rises 3 km southwest of Nance Ridge in the Thomas Hills .

The United States Geological Survey mapped it on the basis of its own surveys and aerial photographs of the United States Navy from 1956 to 1966. The Advisory Committee on Antarctic Names named it in 1968 after Leonard S. Yarbrough, industrial engineer on the plateau station from 1965 to 1966.
