Nariman Töreghaliuly Töreghalijew ( Kazakh Нариман Төреғалиұлы Төреғалиев , Russian Нариман Турегалиевич Турегалиев Nariman Turegalijewitsch Turegalijew * 19th July 1964 in the village Jessensai, Oblast Urals , Kazakh SSR ) is a Kazakh politician . He has been a senator in the Kazakh Senate since June 2017 .

Life

Nariman Töreghaliev was born in 1964. He graduated from the Jambul Institute of Construction and Irrigation in 1990 . He obtained a further law degree from the Caspian University in Almaty in 2004 .

He began his professional career in 1982 on a state farm in his hometown of Jessensai. Between 1982 and 1984 he did his military service in the Soviet army . After graduating from college, Töreghaliev worked for an agricultural association in a village in the Terekti district in western Kazakhstan from 1991 . From 2001 to 2002 he headed the Labor and Social Protection Department of the Terekti District Administration. Between 2003 and 2005 he was the deputy head of the Labor and Social Agency of the Government of the Western Kazakhstan Region. He was then deputy director of the Department for Coordination of Employment and Social Programs in Western Kazakhstan. Then in 2008 he became director of the regional department of the Kazakh Agency for the Regulation of Natural Monopolies in Western Kazakhstan. Between 2010 and 2012 he headed the Department of Employment and Social Programs.

In 2012 he held political office for the first time when he became Akim of Aqshayyq district . He held this office for around three years, since he became Deputy Äkim (Governor) of Western Kazakhstan on December 7, 2015. On April 5, 2016, he was finally appointed mayor of the city of Oral . In June 2017 he was replaced by Murat Muqayev as mayor of the city, as Töreghaliev was elected to the Senate.

Töreghalijew has been a senator in the Kazakh Senate since June 29, 2017 . Here he has been a member of the Committee for Social and Cultural Development and Science since September of that year.
