Narlı is a village in the district of Midyat the Turkish province of Mardin . Narlı is located about 83 km northeast of the provincial capital Mardin and 17 km northeast of Midyat. According to the last census, Narlı had 666 inhabitants (as of December 2009). In 1965 the population was 1129.

In 1968 the candidate for the post of Muhtar was killed in political disputes . 18 people were injured in the event, seven of them seriously.

The village was originally mostly inhabited by Syrian Orthodox Arameans who emigrated to Europe in the 1980s due to the conflict between the Turkish government and the PKK . Today the population consists mainly of Kurds , Mhallami- Arabs and a small part of Aramaeans.
