Nassach is part of the Spiegelberg municipality in the Rems-Murr district . The village is 500 m above sea level. NN.

Nassach was probably created in the 11th / 12th. Century from several individual farms. In 1357 the place came together with Kurzach , Gronau and Prevorst and Oberstenfeld from the lordship of Lichtenberg to Württemberg and to Beilstein . The place itself was first mentioned in 1524. Nassach belonged to the office and from 1803 until its dissolution in 1810 to the Oberamt Beilstein and then came to the Oberamt Marbach . Nassach has belonged to the Backnang district since 1938 .

The municipality of Nassach with the village of Nassach and the hamlet of Kurzach was created in 1843 from parts of the municipality of Gronau . On September 1, 1971, the community was incorporated into Spiegelberg with an area of ​​7.17 km² .
