Nathan Clarke (born February 18, 1978 ) is an Australian track and road cyclist .

Nathan Clarke won the bronze medal in the 1000 m time trial at the junior track cycling world championship in Novo mesto in 1996 . In the six-day race in Nouméa , New Caledonia , he came third in 2000 and 2001. In 2005 he became the Australian team chase champion with Matthew Goss , Mark Jamieson and Stephen Rossendell . He was able to defend this title in the same composition the next year.

On the road, he won the Belgian one-day race Hassel-Spa-Hasselt in 2001 and came second there in 2002. He also won a stage at the Tour de Perth and at the Tour of Gippsland in the 2008 season .
