Nathan Delfouneso (born February 2, 1991 in Tyseley near Birmingham ) is an English football player .
career
Delfouneso is one of many players trained at the Aston Villa Academy . From 2006 he played for the youth and reserve teams of Aston Villa. In the 2007/08 season he scored 22 goals in 41 games. In August 2008 he made his professional debut in the qualifying round of the UEFA Cup . In the further course he came to four missions in the main rounds and scored two goals. On March 15, 2009 he made his Premier League debut in a 2-0 home defeat by Tottenham Hotspur .
During the 2011/12 season Delfouneso moved to Leicester City in the second-rate Football League Championship on January 23, 2012 .
On July 29, 2014, he moved to Blackpool FC , for whom he had previously been on loan twice. At the end of the 2014/15 season he moved to the Blackburn Rovers .
He also played for various youth national teams in England and achieved a considerable number of goals.
