The National Petroleum Corporation of Namibia (mostly just NAMCOR for short ) is the state-owned mineral oil company in Namibia . It has based on the Petroleum (Exploration and Production) Act of 1991 , the right to exploration , exploitation and production of petroleum and production of mineral oils in Namibia.
