National parks in the Baltic States

Here is an alphabetical list of the national parks in the three Baltic states of Estonia , Latvia and Lithuania .

Estonia

There are five national parks in Estonia .

The Lahemaa National Park was founded in 1971 as the first national park in the Soviet Union , making it the oldest and largest national park in Estonia.

Estonia has had a nature conservation law since June 7, 1957. Based on this, the Estonian national parks were established.
