National gymnastics
National gymnastics is a form of all-around competition that is only practiced in Switzerland . The disciplines of the national gymnastics include the following branches: stone lifting, long jump , fast running, free exercise (floor exercise), high long jump, stone pushing , wrestling and swinging . Four to ten fights are exercised, depending on the age group, with certain disciplines being selectable.
Occasions
Federal National Gymnastics Days take place every year. They are carried out by the Swiss National Gymnastics Federation (ENV). In the Swiss Gymnastics Federation (STV), the sport of national gymnastics is played at gymnastics festivals. There are also cantonal competitions in which competitors from all over Switzerland take part. A Swiss champion is chosen every year. Swiss National Gymnastics Days take place every six years.
