Nawaf Massalcha

Nawaf Massalcha ( Arabic نواف مصالحة, Hebrew נואף מסאלחה; Born November 26, 1943 in Kafr-Qara ) is an Israeli-Arab politician. He was the first Muslim Arab to hold a ministerial post as deputy health minister under Yitzhak Rabin (1992). He held this office from August 4, 1992 to June 18, 1996.

From August 5, 1999 to March 7, 2001 he was Deputy Foreign Minister .
