Eduard Scheler

Eduard August Scheler (born October 10, 1883 in Coburg , † August 19, 1964 in Cologne ) was a German architect .

Scheler studied at the building trade school in Coburg and at the Technical University of Munich . He then lived in Cologne-Lindenthal . From 1908 he worked with Henry Mattar in the architects law firm Mattar & Scheler . They created numerous designs and executed buildings, which stylistically can be assigned to the Heimatstil , among other things .

In 1910 he married Wilhelmine Katharina Braun, who died before him. Scheler died at the age of 80 in a Cologne hospital.
