Nayif al-Qadi ( Arabic نايف القاضي, DMG Nāyif al-Qāḍī , after English transcription often Naif Al-Kadhi ; * April 3, 1979 ) is a former Saudi Arabian soccer player . He won the Saudi Arabian Championship in 2012.

Career

al-Qadi is a Saudi Arabian defender who played for al-Ahli from Jeddah . His greatest club success was next to the cup victory in 2002, the championship final in 2003, which they just lost to al-Ittihad . In 2006 he moved to al-Rayyan SC in Qatar. A year later he returned to Saudi Arabia and joined al-Shabab . There he won the championship in 2012. He ended his career in 2014.

In qualifying for the 2002 World Cup, he was also used for the Saudi Arabian national team, but he was not positioned at the World Cup tournament. He also played for his country again in qualifying for the 2006 World Cup , and this time he was also a substitute for Saudi Arabia's squad in Germany.
