Nebi Mustafi (born August 21, 1976 in Semsovo near Tetovo ) is an Albanian - Macedonian football player and currently captain of the team of FK Škendija 79 in the first Macedonian Prva league .
The midfielder also played for the Macedonian national soccer team. His brother Nuri Mustafi currently plays for GIF Sundsvall in Sweden.
