Negoska

Negoska is a red wine that is grown exclusively in Greece . It is recommended there in the region of Macedonia, especially in the prefectures of Imathia , Kilkis and Kozani . The late-ripening (approx. 30 days after the Gutedel ) and vigorous variety produces fruity, low-acid red wines with an average alcohol content of approx. 12 percent by volume. The wine is, for example, with the acid-rich grape xinomavro for Appellation Wine Goumenissa blended. In the past, the Negoska was also calledTable grape used.

Synonyms: Goumenissas Mavro, Negoska or Negoska Naoussis, Neghotska, Negotska, Negotska Popolka, Popolka Naoussis.
