Neil Winter
Neil Stephen Winter (born March 21, 1974 in Chippenham ) is a former British pole vaulter .
In 1994 he won the Commonwealth Games in Victoria for Wales .
At the 1996 Olympic Games in Atlanta, he was eliminated from qualification.
He was British Champion in 1993, Welsh Champion in 1990, 1993 and 1996.
